Literature 📖

The Literature Group is, to some extent, a book group, but with a strong emphasis on reading classic or very high quality literature from any period of time and (via translated texts) from other cultures too. We read plays and poetry as well as novels.

We choose our books/plays/poems collectively. We have a list which can be added to by any member - then we vote ( about three weeks prior) as to which we shall do next. We are trying to alternate more modern books with very established classics such as Shakespeare and Dickens.
